ver wondered what it is like to pilot a plane? or what life is really like in the Royal Air Force or Civilian Aviation? Well the Air Cadets can show you, and a lot more. Our website will give you an idea about the activities and opportunities we can offer.
The Air Training Corps is a voluntary youth organisation in the United Kingdom, and is supported by the Royal Air Force. If you are aged between 13 and 18 then you can join the other 40,000 Air Cadets who parade at over 1000 squadrons around the UK. More information about the ATC can be found here, but if you are local to Tarleton, then stick around because this website is all about 471 (Hesketh Bank & Tarleton) Squadron, who are based in the grounds of Tarleton High School. If you are interested, the best way to find out more is to come along and try it for yourself.
From here you can get access to our site and read information About Us and Contact us.
If you are already a member of the Squadron, then you should find this site useful for information about upcoming activities and training. There is an online Calendar, and you can download the latest training programs.
